This Refund Policy explains how ReadTone LLC ("ReadTone," "we," "us," "our") handles refunds for our subscription service.

1) No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds.

This applies to:

  • Charges that occur after the trial period ends (trial conversion)
  • Monthly subscription charges
  • Partial subscription periods
  • Unused Tokens or character allowances

2) Trial and Billing Reminder

  • ReadTone offers a 7-day free trial.
  • A payment method is required to start the trial.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged automatically.
  • Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.

To avoid being charged, cancel before your trial ends.

3) Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through /billing.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period.

4) Billing Errors

If you believe there was a billing error (e.g., duplicate charge), contact us:

5) Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension.
